I drove by this place last week. Thought it was a good deal for the trailers for sale. I drove right around the trailer court and kept going. The pictures look nothing like what is posted on their website. Totally trashed, broken down vehicles...
They are selling a trailer without air conditioning, plywood floors and no breaker box.. something that should be demolished.. this should be illegal to sell.. they would be lucky for someone to take it for free so they can collect lot rent... This told...
What a joke, hopefully the newest owners will clean this place up, as a former manager I know there is a bunch of code enforcement issues that just keep slipping by.... I pray for the people that live there!
